How to Find the Perfect
Variety Entertainment

1. Watch the videos on the variety entertainers' profiles.
This is the single most important indicator of whether or not this variety entertainment is right for your function.
Do you like the variety entertainment?
Do you think this variety entertainment will be appropriate for your event?

2. Communicate with the variety entertainer(s).
After you've indicated your interest in a variety entertainer(s), you'll receive an email from with a bid for their services.
Contact the variety entertainers(s) you're interested in.
Remember, you can negotiate prices with variety entertainment(s).

3. Get a contract.
Most variety entertainment, variety entertainment services and live event entertainment have a contract. Just ask.
When you receive the contract, examine it carefully before signing.
Make sure it spells out clearly what you expect.
You don't want to leave anything to chance, so go over everything with your variety entertainment.

Remember, you are the client and your event should be the variety entertainer's top priority.
