How to Find the Perfect
Live Band or Musicians

1. Watch the videos on the bands' and musicians' profiles.
This is the single most important indicator of whether or not these performers are right for your function.
Do you like this live band? 
How about those musicians?
Do you think this band or those musicians will be appropriate for your event?

2. Communicate with the talent.
After you've indicated your interest in a live band or musician(s), you'll receive an email from them with a bid for their services.
Contact the band(s) and musicians you're interested in.
Remember, you can negotiate prices with bands and musicians.

3. Get a contract.
Most live bands, orchestras, combos, musicians, music event entertainers have a contract. Just ask.
When you receive the contract, examine it carefully before signing.
Make sure it spells out clearly what you expect.
You don't want to leave anything to chance, so go over everything with your performer.

Remember, you are the client and your event should be the musician's and the band's top priority.
