How to Find the Perfect Dance Entertainment

1. Watch the videos on the dancers' profiles.
This is the single most important indicator of whether or not this performer is right for your function.
Do you like the dancer(s)?
Do you think these dancers and their material will be appropriate for your event?

2. Communicate with the talent.
After you've indicated your interest in a dancer (or dancers), you'll receive an emails from those performers with a bid for their services.
Contact the performer(s) you're interested in.
Remember, you can negotiate prices with dancers.

3. Get a contract.
Most dancers, dance troupes, entertainers have a contract. Just ask.
When you receive the contract, examine it carefully before signing.
Make sure it spells out clearly what you expect.
You don't want to leave anything to chance, so go over everything with your performer.

Remember, you are the client and the dancers' top priority should be your event.
